Damaged Products In the event that your product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these steps:

- Include photographic evidence of the damage.
Upon receipt of your claim, we will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you promptly.
